Training with BAD Tri

BAD Tri members benefit from weekly training sessions run by our own coaches, and also one-off events by our own coaches and by experienced and well known outside coaches. Members are welcome to just turn up at any session; however, the swim sessions and the spin sessions require advance booking. See the swim and bike training pages for more information.
Our aim is to make sure we have sessions available suitable for all levels of ability. You will general find at least 3 different speed/distance groups at each general session, and the swims are divided into 4 ability levels. Please see the swim page for more information.
