TriBristol 2018

TriBristol 2018

Over the past nine years Bristol and District Triathletes (BADTri) have brought you TriBristol. This event started with a vision to bring racing to the centre of Bristol and always has been totally volunteer run.

As you can imagine it is a huge amount of work to put on an event of this scale and real labour of love from the long standing and hard working volunteers.

In the last year we have had several of the organising committee for this event call time on their involvement as they need a well earned rest.

As a club we have looked hard to find suitable replacements to run the event but we have been unable to do so. As a result of this TriBristol 2018 will not be running, we are putting the event on ice at least for next year.

As a race we would like to thank all the utterly awesome people involved in putting on the race, giving up your time and making the event awesome. We would also like to extend thanks to the residents of the Portway and Hotwells area for being so supportive of the event and the disruption that it causes on race day.

We wish all competitors over the years the very best and we hope 2018 brings you some super races, training and general happiness.

The kids race is going from strength to strength and will continue into next year. Volunteers will be welcomed with open arms.
